What does this endpoint do?

This endpoint functions similarly to the Retrieve Payment Groups by Account endpoint. The key difference is in how the information is retrieved. In this endpoint, the Tax Identification is used to retrieve the payment groups associated with it. Another difference is the use of the TaxIdCountry, which must correspond to the country of origin for the provided tax identification.

The result of this endpoint request will be the same as that of the Retrieve Payment Groups by Account endpoint.
